- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated Covid-19 safety measures. - We are unable to support the scheduling of specific delivery dates and times at the moment. If possible, please be available or arrange for someone else to be present at your delivery address around the estimated date of delivery. - If you are not available at the time of delivery:
The courier will attempt delivery again based on their re-delivery policies.
Your parcel may be placed at a nearby pickup location for you to pick it up. Usually, the parcel will be held at this location for a specific period of time. If it is not collected by the end of this period, it will be returned to us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
